On Saturday, Sue, Brax and I met up with my mom, and we headed out to lunch to meet my Grandma, Aunt Lulu, and my step-cousin Stacy and her daughter. After a yummy lunch, we did a little shopping. We hit Gordman's and Kohl's. It's funny, we claimed to be shopping for Grandma, who doesn't get to get out much living in a small town, but the rest of us came home with several bags and she only had one!!!!

my downstairs decorations are complete!
They bought me two pictures and a few other decor items for my entry way,
They bought me two pictures and a few other decor items for my entry way,
two vases and a large plate for above my kitchen cabinets,
(Pics to come!)
After shopping and Brax's nap,
we headed to his pre-school's open house.
He starts there in September, one half-day a week.
Everything is miniature!
It was like a carnival there!

After that, Papa T treated us to a big supper cookout at our house-
Grilled chicken and pineapple, grilled squash and zucchini, baked beans, and strawberry cake for dessert. He and Sue are the family chefs, and my mom is the queen of clean up. It works out quite nicely (for me! Hee hee. My job is to chase Brax. Actually Aunt Lulu did a lot of that on Saturday. I spent a lot of time eating chips and dip. Hmmm.)
My sweet Grandma.
We discovered that Brax LOVES watermelon!
We also discovered it gives him the runs.
