This toy cracks me up. It is "Handy Manny." If you have toddlers, you know who he is!
This particular version talks about his tools and his theory on construction. ("Measure twice, cut once." Of course.) But I really get a kick out of is his authentic Spanish accent. He sounds just like Fez from "That 70's show." Brax loves Manny! Thank you Nana Star!
